Our cold storage facilities in Agadir and Casablanca maintain strict temperature controls throughout the supply chain, ensuring that your shipments arrive in optimal condition. All our products are traceable from farm to port with batch-level tracking and digital documentation.
We are certified under GlobalG.A.P., BRC, Organic (EU/USDA equivalent), and Fair Trade standards. Each shipment includes a Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate, and Laboratory Analysis Report upon request. Our quality assurance team conducts visual inspection, size grading, sugar content testing, and shelf-life validation before every shipment. Non-conforming lots are rejected before they enter the export packhouse.
For terms of trade, we support FOB (Casablanca, Agadir, Tangier Med), CNF, CIF, and DAP delivery terms with flexible payment options including TT, LC at sight, and DP terms for established buyers. Minimum order quantities start at 500 kg for mixed pallets and 20 ft containers for single-product shipments. Seasonal contracts with fixed pricing and volume commitments receive priority allocation during peak demand periods.
Our Export Process
When you contact us, our export team begins by understanding your specific requirements including product type, volume, quality grade preferences, packaging requirements, destination country, and delivery timeline. We then prepare a comprehensive quotation covering the product price based on current market rates and available stock, detailed specifications aligned with your quality requirements, shipping options with estimated transit times and freight costs, documentation requirements specific to your destination, and proposed payment terms.
Once the quotation is accepted, our team coordinates production scheduling to ensure your order is harvested at the optimal time, arranges quality inspection with our internal QA team and third-party certifiers if required, manages packhouse processing including washing, sorting, grading, and packing according to your specifications, and books shipping space with our partner carriers. Throughout the process, you receive regular updates including photos and inspection reports.
Before shipment, we prepare and share all export documentation including the commercial invoice and packing list, Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate issued by ONSSA, health certificate, bill of lading or airway bill, and any additional certificates required by your country. After departure, we provide real-time tracking information and remain available to assist with customs clearance and any documentation questions that may arise at the destination.
