Export Operations & Global Reach
Our export operations are headquartered in Agadir, Morocco, with packhouse facilities strategically located near the ports of Agadir, Casablanca, and Tangier Med. These facilities collectively process over 15,000 tons of fresh produce annually, with dedicated sorting lines for vegetables, citrus, and soft fruits. Each packhouse operates under strict hygiene protocols and is certified for export to the European Union, Middle East, Africa, and North American markets.
We maintain year-round supply through a combination of open-field cultivation and climate-controlled greenhouse production. This dual approach allows us to extend the natural growing seasons significantly. Our product range includes fresh cucumbers, table grapes, sweet melons, potatoes, watermelons, and many other seasonal crops grown in the Souss Valley and Doukkala regions. Our greenhouse production ensures tomatoes, peppers, and cucumbers are available from November through April when European production is minimal, while our open-field crops supply the peak summer months. This production calendar, combined with our 500-hectare footprint, enables us to offer competitive pricing across all seasons.
Our cold chain infrastructure includes pre-cooling chambers that bring field temperature down to optimal storage levels within two hours of harvest, 5,000 pallet positions of cold storage across three facilities, and a fleet of 20 refrigerated trucks for port delivery. Each reefer container is pre-tested and set to product-specific temperature parameters before loading. We provide real-time temperature monitoring throughout the journey and share data logs with buyers upon request.
Documentation and compliance are managed by our dedicated export team, who prepare all required paperwork including Certificates of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificates issued by ONSSA (the Moroccan food safety authority), health certificates, fumigation certificates when required, and any destination-specific documentation. We have exported successfully to over 25 countries and maintain updated knowledge of evolving import regulations in each market.
Sustainability & Certifications
Sustainability is at the core of our farming philosophy. We have implemented integrated pest management across all our greenhouse operations, reducing chemical pesticide use by 40% compared to conventional methods. Our drip irrigation systems deliver water directly to plant roots with 90% efficiency, and we have invested in solar-powered water pumps that reduce our carbon footprint while ensuring reliable irrigation even during peak summer months. Water conservation is particularly critical in Morocco semi-arid climate, and we continuously monitor soil moisture levels to optimize irrigation scheduling.
Our certifications reflect our commitment to quality and food safety. We are GlobalGAP certified for all export products, ensuring compliance with European retail standards for good agricultural practices. Our packhouses operate under ISO 22000 food safety management systems, and we hold organic certification for our carrot and select vegetable production lines. The BRC certification for our main processing facility guarantees that our packing and storage operations meet the highest international standards for food safety, quality, and operational management.
We work closely with smallholder farmers in the Doukkala region through our partnership program, providing technical training, quality seeds, and guaranteed purchase agreements. This program supports over 200 farming families and helps maintain consistent supply during peak demand periods. By combining our own farm production with partner grower output, we can offer year-round availability across our full product range while supporting rural agricultural communities and preserving traditional farming knowledge.
